KAGAWA FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE FOR TRAVELERS

The Kagawa prefectural government provides an official and free Wi-Fi service for tourists, with access points or “hotspots” located at various places of interest including public transport, tourist attractions, hotels, restaurants and shopping areas. To connect, look for “KAGAWA-WIFI,” the common SSID for all access points. The maximum connection is limited to 30 minutes at a time and eight times daily, totaling 240 minutes a day. More than 700 APs are located throughout the prefecture, including major islands including Naoshima, Toyoshima and Shodoshima (as of January 2016).
